Full and Part Time Experienced Baker required

Our busy baking kitchen is looking to recruit a competent baker that has a passion and experience in all aspects of baking and pastry.

The successful applicant will need to be motivated to keep up with a high demand of bakery goods and have a love of developing delicious menu items using seasonal, local and Scottish produce.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining consistent bakes on all menu items

  • Assisting with bakery menu development, show casing seasonal, local produce and incorporating the Agritourism side of the business

  • General up keep of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards according to EHO and house rules

  • Delivering excellent communication between other members of the baking team and management
