Full time Front of House staff required
Our busy coffee house and eatery requires a friendly and highly motivated member of staff to join our DRIFT team front of house serving team.
As a growing Agritourism business, DRIFT can offer a diverse job experience with training, apprenticeships, SQA qualifications and opportunities for promotion. Therefore this vacancy would ideally suit someone with a passion for and is looking for a potential career in hospitality.
The chosen applicant would preferably have some experience in a customer facing role and be confident in delivering a consistently high level of customer service. They should also be able to show initiative and develop a good understanding of the DRIFT ethos, including the origin and story behind all menu items and be able to deliver this confidently to the customer.
Main duties will include:
Daily set up and close down
Seating customers and talking them through menu/specials
Taking customer orders and processing payments using our POS systems
Serving items and clearing of tables, maintaining a clean and tidy area
Making coffees and drinks if required
Communicating efficiently with Management and Kitchen teams
